Kissinger warns of AI arms race with China

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger says the lessons of the Cold War nuclear arms race with the Soviet Union should guide U.S. policymakers to avoid an AI arms race with China, despite the stark differences between AI and nuclear weapons.
