Software industry touts copyright law flexibility to underscore comments to regulators

BSA-The Software Alliance emphasizes the benefits and flexibility of copyright law to address issues raised by artificial intelligence systems, in a policy posting this week that underscores the software industry group’s comments in a U.S. Copyright Office proceeding on generative AI.
