Bank Policy Institute says DOJ strikes right balance in proposal aimed at bulk data transfers

The Bank Policy Institute says the Department of Justice properly balances national security and commercial concerns in a proposed rulemaking aimed at data brokers that would restrict transfers of “bulk sensitive personal data or government-related data” to adversarial nations using artificial intelligence to target U.S. citizens.
