Industry group supports changes to New Hampshire bill creating liability for chatbot operators

The Computer and Communications Industry Association praised amendments made to an AI bill in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, after the initial legislation passed the state Senate with provisions creating a private right of action for child endangerment from certain artificial intelligence applications.
