Tech industry group dismisses DOJ’s efforts to address algorithmic price fixing

In comments to the Department of Justice, a tech industry group promoting open markets dismissed altogether the threat of companies using algorithms to collude when setting their prices.

The comments come as DOJ is actively engaged in lawsuits against companies in multiple markets over alleged price fixing.
