House Energy and Commerce panel to mark up evolving bipartisan privacy bill

The House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on data and innovation is slated Thursday to mark up landmark privacy legislation unveiled last month by full committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), even while the bill has not yet been formally introduced.
