White House: China to relax existing export controls on semiconductor inputs

China has agreed to relax export controls on gallium, germanium, graphite and antimony, and allow products from semiconductor producer Nexperia to leave China, the White House said Nov. 1, outlining new details on the deal struck by President Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping last week, Inside U.S. Trade reported.
