Terrorists now making use of AI tools, witness tells House panel

Terrorists are already exploiting artificial intelligence for operational planning, training, propaganda and other tasks, Daveed Gartenstein-Ross, senior advisor on asymmetric warfare at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told lawmakers at a March 4 House Homeland Security counterterrorism subcommittee hearing.
