Tech and security leaders urge Congress to pass GAIN AI Act in NDAA

A group of 18 technology and national security leaders have signed a letter to congressional leaders urging inclusion of the GAIN AI Act -- a bill to ensure U.S. companies are ahead of Chinese competitors in the queue to purchase advanced artificial intelligence chips -- in the final version of the annual defense policy bill.
