Sen. Cornyn bill reignites congressional debate on U.S. investments to China

Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) has introduced a bill to curb U.S. outbound investment in critical Chinese technology sectors – including those that support artificial intelligence -- that is identical in all but name to legislation the House nearly passed last December, Inside U.S. Trade reported.
