Krishnamoorthi bill would mandate congressional review of proposed chip sales to China

Following the Trump administration’s decision to allow NVIDIA to sell certain advanced chips to China, the top Democrat on the House select committee on China has introduced a bill that would mandate that Congress, as well as the executive branch, approve any advanced chip sales to that country, Inside U.S. Trade reported.
