Institute for Security and Technology report on generative AI calls for liability reform

An extensive December report by the Institute for Security and Technology on generative artificial intelligence suggests examining liability reform to “clarify where liability lies for GenAI systems and content produced by them,” as well as looking into “narrowly tailored liability protections for [large language model] developers and platforms” and possible regulation in areas such as gambling and generative AI.
