House Science leaders offer bipartisan AI workforce bill

House Science Chairman Frank Lucas (R-OK) and ranking member Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) have offered a bill to help develop the artificial intelligence workforce with backing from Google, think tanks, business groups and others.
