House GOP chairs urge Commerce Dept. expansion of foreign transaction reviews

The GOP chairs of four security-related committees in the House have asked Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick to investigate tech products tied to the Chinese Communist Party, in an expansion of current efforts to review foreign transactions in the information and communications technology sector, Inside Cybersecurity reported.
