DOD Deputy Secretary Hicks says Pentagon leads on AI ethics

Defense Deputy Secretary Kathleen Hicks says the Pentagon’s work over the past several years on guidelines for the ethical use of artificial intelligence is now leading other federal efforts, in an Oct. 29 speech.
