China claims U.S. exaggerates extent of export controls affecting semiconductors
U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer has exaggerated the scope of China’s latest export controls, a Chinese Ministry of Commerce official said Oct. 16, defending Beijing’s licensing requirements on rare earth elements and related technologies, Inside U.S. Trade reported.
