Carnegie researchers offer framework for global AI governance

Researchers at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace have offered a framework for AI governance that addresses the concerns of a “global majority,” arguing that most international principles for responsible AI offered to date reflect the values and goals of the more developed countries of the northern hemisphere.
