Think tank offers ideas for aligning U.S.-EU AI policy through privacy legislation

A Center for Strategic and International Studies fellow describes federal privacy legislation as an “opportunity” to establish a common regulatory framework for artificial intelligence with the European Union, even as fundamental elements of a privacy bill remain elusive on Capitol Hill.
