Tech sector argues antitrust rules are hobbling U.S. AI advances amid China challenge

The Center for Data Innovation is arguing that DeepSeek demonstrates China’s rapidly advancing artificial intelligence capabilities and highlights state support for that country’s tech sector that stands in contrast to what CDI sees as a burdensome regulatory structure in the United States.
