Tech leader ITI offers steps for securing AI systems, uses in cybersecurity

A new report from the Information Technology Industry Council identifies ways in which artificial intelligence can be deployed to improve organizations’ cybersecurity along with recommendations on securing AI systems themselves.

ITI pegs the Oct. 22 report to Cyber Awareness Month and seeks to address both the risks and rewards of AI through “five key principles” based on cyber best practices.
