Tech group flags key policy implementation issues as EU lawmakers move to pass ‘AI Act’

The Information Technology Industry Council is highlighting a handful of issues European Union policymakers should bear in mind in implementing a landmark law on artificial intelligence, which is heading into its final laps through the EU legislative process.
