State Dept. issues AI ‘profile’ to prevent bias and protect human rights

The State Department has issued guidance in the form of a “profile” for use by governments and industry to ensure artificial intelligence does not contribute to discriminatory practices and bias and is not used intentionally, or unintentionally, in violation of international human rights.
