Sen. Rounds unveils AI bills for faster Medicare payments, restricting chips to China

Sen. Mike Rounds (R-SD) has introduced separate bills related to artificial intelligence on two very different fronts: speeding Medicare approvals and payments for AI-enabled medical devices and preventing the smuggling of American-made computer chips into China to assist in its AI developments.
