Sen. Blackburn presses Google for answers on ‘libel’ generated by AI

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is demanding answers from Google CEO Sundar Pichai on how his company guards against “AI-generated libel” and alleged bias against conservatives, after Google’s Gemma large language model generated false claims against the lawmaker.
