‘Safety’ advocates launch campaign for Elon Musk to advise Trump on AI regulation

President-elect Trump should appoint tech mogul Elon Musk as his special advisor on artificial intelligence, according to Americans for Responsible Innovation, which is hoping to gather 10,000 signatures on a petition over the next month that ultimately helps pave the way to regulation of the emerging technology.
