In robocall inquiry, FCC creates forum for discussion on AI definitions, benefits and risks

The Federal Communications Commission’s newly launched inquiry on robocalls and artificial intelligence opens a dialogue with stakeholders on legal definitions of AI that could have implications beyond nuisance and illegal calls and texts, while posing questions on benefits, risks and next steps related to the emerging technology.
