Reps. Obernolte, Beyer ready revised ‘CREATE AI’ bill on national research resource

Reps. Jay Obernolte (R-CA) and Don Beyer (D-VA) have introduced an updated version of their CREATE AI Act, a bill to codify the National AI Research Resource hub established at the National Science Foundation as a pilot project by the Biden administration to broaden access to advanced research beyond the largest AI firms.
