OpenAI accuses plaintiffs of expanded copyright complaint in consolidated case

Plaintiffs are attempting to exploit a recent court-ordered consolidation of cases to expand the scope of copyright infringement allegations to include a new class of large-language AI models, according to an OpenAI filing with a federal district court in opposition to an amended complaint in the landmark lawsuit.
