OpenAI accuses Musk of self-interest campaign harming public, in legal counterclaims

OpenAI is asking a federal district court for a jury trial on allegations by Elon Musk that the company says are part of a campaign by Musk to squelch investments in artificial intelligence that are beyond the control of his private ventures, to the detriment of “public interest.”
