New York Times details disputes in copyright suit ahead of court conference

The New York Times has submitted to a federal court a detailed list of lingering disputes in a landmark lawsuit accusing OpenAI of copyright infringements from the training of ChatGPT, including requests for court orders on how tech companies crawl the internet for training data and integrate that content into their generative AI models.
