Mozilla, advocate for ‘openness’ in AI, calls on Gov. Newsom to veto regulation bill

Mozilla, a nonprofit tech company that advocates for open artificial intelligence models, has moved from raising concerns about the leading AI regulatory bill in California to calling for a veto now that the measure has passed the state legislature.
