Microsoft makes generative AI service available to federal agencies, seeks FedRAMP approval

Microsoft has taken the next step in making its Azure OpenAI generative artificial intelligence service available across the federal government, announcing that it is seeking “High” authorization under the FedRAMP program and stressing that its offering aligns with President Biden’s AI executive order.
