ITI’s quantum ‘policy guide’ offers steps for countering China challenge

The Information Technology Industry Council says fending off China in the battle for primacy over emerging quantum technology is essential to U.S. leadership in artificial intelligence and for national economic and military security, in a new “policy guide” on quantum tech.
