Intelligence findings on Russia’s AI use to interfere in election comes as Congress appears deadlocked

The White House Office of the Director of National Intelligence says Russia has amped up its use of artificial intelligence to interfere in the upcoming U.S. election, according to a new unclassified report, released just days after Senate Intelligence Chair Mark Warner (D-VA) said Congress is unlikely to move on new legislation to protect national elections from foreign adversaries.
