House Foreign Affairs leaders seek to codify, expand Biden order restricting AI investments to China

The bipartisan leaders of the House Foreign Affairs Committee have introduced legislation that would codify a Biden executive order restricting AI and other advanced technology investments in China, while expanding the list of technologies covered by the restrictions and extending those investment restrictions to Russia, Iran and North Korea.
