FTC clarifies legal points in Musk v. Altman with AI investments at stake

The Federal Trade Commission has weighed in on a high-stakes legal dispute between Elon Musk and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman over the company’s management and investors, with the agency suggesting antitrust law supports Musk’s claims while not officially taking sides in the case.
