FTC bans Air AI in case of misleading claims about artificial intelligence business opportunities

The Federal Trade Commission has effectively put Air AI Technologies out of business in the settlement of a case that the FTC framed as demonstrating how misleading claims around artificial intelligence would be targeted for enforcement action.
