FEC chair accuses FCC of sowing ‘confusion’ with draft rules for AI in upcoming election

Federal Election Commission Chairman Sean Cooksey (R) is accusing Federal Communications Commission Chair Jessica Rosenworcel (D) of creating “confusion and disarray among political campaigns” by recently proposing rules for the use of artificial intelligence for the upcoming election.
