DOJ official advises industry on how to build compliance programs for AI-inspired data EO

Companies should establish risk-based compliance programs to get better acquainted with their data in preparation for the Department of Justice implementing an executive order aimed at blocking China and other foreign adversaries from accessing personal information for use in offensive AI-enabled actions, a DOJ official advised.
