Data rights group opposes quick court ruling in AI copyright infringement lawsuit

The data rights group Electronic Frontier Foundation is asking a federal district court to reject a request by plaintiffs for summary judgment in a lawsuit alleging copyright violations by Meta’s training of its generative artificial intelligence model Llama.
