Colorado legislature delays enforcement of AI law as deployer coalition pursues developer liability
The Colorado House of Representatives has adopted a Senate bill delaying implementation of the state’s first-in-the-nation artificial intelligence law by four months, with lawmakers expected to more closely examine related liability issues at the start of the next regular session.
