Chamber of Progress says FCC should exclude online platforms from AI disclosures in political ads
The tech sector Chamber of Progress says the Federal Communications Commission lacks authority to hit online platforms with disclosure requirements for artificial intelligence in political advertising, pushing back on a major Democratic political action committee’s argument that the FCC should expand the reach of its AI proposal beyond broadcasters.
