CDT sees progress in artificial intelligence guidance, wants tougher review of waivers

The Center for Democracy and Technology, a digital rights nonprofit, says the Office of Management and Budget made important improvements in the final version of guidance on agency implementation of the Biden administration’s order on artificial intelligence, while also leaving room for improvement in areas including risk management and challenging certain decisions.
