CDT to NIST: Include system-level documentation in AI transparency standard proposal

The Center for Democracy and Technology argues the National Institute of Standards and Technology is erroneously excluding a crucial area for documentation from the agency’s “Zero Draft” for creating a standard to encourage transparency in AI development and deployment.
