Broadcasters swat back at arguments favoring FCC’s AI disclosure proposal

The National Association of Broadcasters in a lengthy filing analyzes arguments in favor of the Federal Communications Commission’s proposed artificial intelligence disclosure requirements for political advertising and finds them sorely lacking in legal merit, while saying substantial modifications would be needed if the FCC decides to proceed with the rules.
