Big-tech think tank pushes back on regulators’ principles for enforcing AI competition

The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation is flagging a transatlantic commitment by antitrust and consumer-protection authorities, which identifies fair play, interoperability and choice as principles that will guide enforcement efforts on artificial intelligence, as an indication they might exceed their authorities.
