Biden’s AI national security memo also stresses economics to ensure U.S. leadership

President Biden’s recently issued national security memorandum on artificial intelligence links economic considerations to addressing the foreign policy implications of the transformational technology, by calling for a coordinated assessment of the global competitiveness of U.S companies developing AI technologies.
