ARI cheers legislation for NVIDIA to supply U.S. before exporting AI chips to China

Following the Trump administration’s reversal of export controls on NVIDIA’s artificial intelligence chips, lawmakers should pass the GAIN AI Act as part of the fiscal 2026 National Defense Authorization Act in the interest of national security and economic competitiveness, according to Americans for Responsible Innovation.
