Agencies publish plans to comply with OMB’s AI memo with more guidance on the way

White House officials are working on more granular guidance for agencies to implement President Biden’s executive order on artificial intelligence, as federal agencies publish their compliance plans under an Office of Management and Budget memo requiring the discontinuation of any safety- or rights-impacting use cases presenting unmitigable risks.
